What is the difference between "Opportunity Manager" and "Send Notification Emails to someone not currently on Hands On Atlanta?"

When creating an Opportunity you'll notice these options towards the end:
Either person will receive...
- Signup notification emails when Volunteers register for the Opportunity
- Cancellation notification emails if a Volunteer cancels their registration
- The "Here's Who to Expect" email (sent at 4:30am, the morning of the Opportunity) with a full attendance list and a link to the Check-in Kiosk.
Opportunity Manager
Opportunity managers are Users on your Dashboard account who are assigned to manage specific Opportunities that are created by other Users. They will receive all notification emails related to those Opportunities and will be able to view those Opportunities in the Dashboard. Otherwise, they will not have access to any other features in the Dashboard.
- BEST FOR: assigning an Opportunity to someone who does not usually manage events and Opportunities for you (like an outside chaperone).
- RECEIVES EMAILS FOR: Opportunity registration notifications and attendance updates.
Send Notification Emails to someone not currently on Hands On Atlanta?
This person will receive notification emails for the Opportunity but not have access to your Dashboard. This is great if you have someone helping manage an Opportunity temporarily, who will need notifications about sign ups and the attendance sheet, but not access to your Dashboard. For example if I have a volunteer Opportunity for a corporate group, I may add the company's main point of contact here so they stay informed for this Opportunity, but don't have an ongoing role with my Organization.
Note: you can add multiple recipients of these Notifications. Just separate each email address by a comma.
