Add a Rating/Reflection

After completing an Opportunity, you will have the option to anonymously submit a Rating and/or Reflection to the organization with which you've just participated.

Ratings are on a 1-5 star basis.

Reflections can be text and/or photos.

Providing Ratings & Reflections:

After completing an Opportunity, you will automatically be sent an email prompting you to enter a Rating and Reflection (you can opt out of receiving these emails).

Hands On Atlanta does not currently require that Participants submit Ratings or Reflections.

To enter a Rating/Reflection, you can either...

Click on the link in the email you receive and follow the instructions, OR...

Log in to the Volunteer Portal and navigate to the "My Opportunities -> Completed Opportunities" section of your Profile

If the Organization you work with has a custom volunteer portal URL, you would go to [their custom volunteer portal URL]/registrations/filter/complete

For all other Organizations, this link is https://portal.goldenvolunteer.com/registrations/filter/complete

FAQs

Are Ratings and Reflections made public?

No. Only the organization you volunteer can see the Ratings and Reflections.

Can the organization know which Rating/Reflection is mine?

Ratings and Reflections are currently anonymous to encourage honest feedback. *If you want to the organization know which Reflection is yours, consider writing your name in the comment.

NOTE: Reflections that contain inappropriate material including but not limited to harassment, profanity, threats or other inappropriate elements are not tolerated in our community and may be cause for removal from the platform.
