How do volunteers confirm their attendance?

We track hours and attendance in multiple ways:

1. There is a Check-in Kiosk feature that Organizers can use check people in-and-out onsite. At their discretion, Organizers may use the Check-in Kiosk via a link to allow volunteers to check themselves in-and-out at the site of the volunteer opportunity.

2. If an Organizer was not able to confirm volunteer attendance using the first two methods, they will receive a notification asking them to manually confirm it.

3. If Organizers don't confirm or deny attendance within 3 days after the event, we ask the Volunteer by email to confirm whether or not they attended. If they confirm, their hours will be automatically added!
