Why does it seem like I am missing some participant hours?

Hands On Atlanta has measures in place to ensure that data reporting is as accurate as possible. There are a few cases in which we will actually suppress hours from being included in totals:
- We will not report hours for a single registration that are greater than 36 hours (we recommend ensuring that registrations have no more than 24 hours for a single registration). In most cases, completed hours greater than this value are a mistake and will throw off numbers
- If you just recently updated hour totals, it can take up to 24 hours for totals to be update, but it can be much faster than this. Having a time-crunch? Reach out to us at: [email protected] if this delay is causing issues and we will help out!
- If you have a unique volunteer program where volunteers would be expected to report more hours than 36 for a single registration, reach out to us at: [email protected]
If neither of these apply and you still feel that you are missing hours, here are some recommendations:
- If you are on a paid plan, try checking the Participant Profile of the volunteer and review their completed hours at the bottom of the profile.
- If you are on a paid plan, try the Insights Export to see if any of the reported hours have a Registered status. If so, you can identify the Opportunity and time slot information needed to adjust the status to Completed and edit hours as needed.
- If you are not on a paid plan, we recommend using the Opportunity tab and the Insights tab to examine the Opportunities that might have missing hours, and then visiting the registration page
