How can I track hours and take attendance?

We track hours and attendance in multiple ways.

1. There is a Check-in Kiosk feature that Partners (like you!) can use to check people in-and-out onsite. Volunteers who show up to an event without signing up through Hands On Atlanta can also be added by the Partner here. 

2. If you don't have the chance to use the Kiosk, you can confirm volunteer attendance after the fact in the Dashboard (either using the Overview tasks or in the Opportunity Detail Page)

3. If Partners don't confirm or deny attendance within 3 days after the event, we ask the Volunteer by email to confirm whether or not they attended. If they confirm, their hours will be automatically added!
